As part of our commitment to our Community, our School and College participated in the 2019 Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea fundraising event.
Held in May this year, we invited current Students and Staff to enjoy a good cup of tea and graze from a smorgasbord of delicious food. Not only were the delicacies mouth-watering, the display was a work of art in itself.
The event was successful in raising $87 in funds for the support of a Cancer Free Future. Cancer affects everyone in some way and no one is immune from the devastating effects. The Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea helps raise funds for research and support and allows people to talk about how cancer has affected their lives. The morning tea is also a great opportunity to make people aware of the great work the Cancer Council does for individuals and families fighting cancer.
